Taking on a project that with deadlines that seem impossible.  Finding efficiencies.  Automating workflows.  These are my passions and the reasons I founded Inner Works.  I love finding ways to make people’s lives easier.  I believe in taking the time to listen, ensuring that all voices are heard and finding innovative ways to benefit the inner workings of organizations long after our time together.

 

My career began 20 years ago and started in the corporate world working for companies like Ralph Lauren, GAP and ABC Sports/ESPN.  In 2016 we moved to Hong Kong and my journey in the education sector began.  It started with working full-time at Hong Kong International School where I learned an incredible amount about the inner workings of schools and the positive impact my experience and skill set had on the various projects I lead.  It has always been a dream of mine to start my own company to share my years of experience, knowledge and passion for finding ways to make people’s lives easier and in 2020 I decided to make that dream a reality.

 

I am constantly amazed at the volume of work that marketing, communications and admissions offices produce and their ability to always find ways to make things happen.  I also know that there are times when these teams need a lifeline and could benefit from bringing someone on board to take on a major project or to find tools and resources to save time and improve efficiencies.
